At Real Estate Concierge of Deerfield Beach, we check on your home weekly , or monthly when you are away so you have peace of mind. If there needs to be a AC or Hot Water tank replaced we take care of that for you. If you want to upgrade your home, we will coordinate the work for you and monitor the progress of the job in your absence and keep the contractors honest.
Home organization, shipping your car to another location and coordinating your whole move with packers and movers.
We also get your property ready for your arrival when you come for short trips so your can enjoy yourself. We arrange to have it cleaned, do grocery shopping for you and have your refrigerator stocked with all your favorites so you can just get off the plane, come home and enjoy your weekend or short stay at your get away investment property.
We also assist in the renting and marketing of your property if needed with local Realtors that know the area that your property is located in and have clients that are looking for short and long term rentals and out of the country clients that want to purchase property in South Florida or any where in the U.S.
